I know Leona Heidern from King Of Fighter series (KOF) she has that unique slash move with what I believe to be a metal knuckle piece.  In order to be playing as her in Metal Slug XX you can either buy her at the Playstation network store for about a dollar, or you can do the hackable version via CWcheat code on the PSP.
