PS4 Review This is going to be a particularly exciting Christmas for gaming fans with the release of both the Sony PS4 and Microsoft’s Xbox One. The following is a review of the PS4 to help you decide whether or not this is the console for you. Price The PS4 will cost $399 in the US, and £349 in the UK. This is significantly cheaper than the Xbox One which will cost $499 when released. PS4 will go on sale in the US on 15th November but Europe will have to wait a little longer until 29th November. Power Similar to the Xbox, the PS4 has an 8-core AMD 1.6GHz CPU. Although the power is comparable, the PS4 has the edge when it comes to graphics with around 50% more graphics power than its competitor. The Xbox did get a small bump up in GPU frequency boost (about 6%) but there is still a major deficit which might be significant when it comes to gaming.
